Many times when you are contacting by radio Air Traffic Control (you know, the people in the control towers and so on), they are expecting you to say only:
Who you are (model and number).Where you are.What your intentions are (and period.)
As that pilot was a big talker, he gave additional information until he realized it had not anything to do with them. He was telling them for instance:
If one of his pets was flying with him.The color of the shoes he was wearing and the cap he had on, etc.
You don’t have to tell him (I mean it is not compulsory) if last night’s dinner burnt up and other info like that.
