Just after landing the pilot retracted the flaps and started applying the brakes as much as he could. When the plane finally stopped at the very edge of that runway, he said to the passenger with his face completely soaked:

 

"Wow! What a short runway!"

 

"Really it is” the passenger replied “but look, how wide it is, I cannot see the end!
