Warsaw is the capital city of Poland.

At the City Hall in Warsaw they receive a fax from the USA. And the fax reads:

“Warning. Seismical movement expected in the area in the following week. Epicenter located at the city of Lepesovia. Please, pass information to us as soon as it happens”.

As two week passed and the earthquake had been registered by the devices in USA, and they did not received any news from the people of Warsaw, they were worried and sent another fax to know what had happened.

The answer they received from Warsaw reads:

“Seismical movement under control, epicenter arrested and we did not send an answer before because we have suffered of an amazing earthquake”.
